I have same specs as you except 3gb ram(vista)
and it runs smooth as hell on 4xaa and 4x aF

You need at least a card like the radeon 9250 or the geforce fx 5200 don't use onboard video, it won't work well.

you don't need a physics card, this game runs only with 1GB DDR, 2Ghz and ati 9250 (if you don't believe me....try on google xD)
