Its hilariously funny to laugh at someone who fucks up... cause its not you. One serious piece of advice from someone who graduated 20 years ago today: get to your local pool, learn to swim real good. If you don't learn now, you deserve to get laughed at and you won't be a Marine

OMG! i don't know how to swim either, well i know a little how to swim but not float. and guys its not funny to laugh at some future marines just because they don't know how to swim. I also want join right after i graduate from 12th grade this 09!

Yeah they have a shit talking qual (STQ) after the swim qual - they have to learn how to endure 2 or less weeks of actual combat, brag about it and then make everyone think they've been through every battle in Iraq for the past 5 years and are the most hardcore branch in the military - if they pass the STQ they get a shiny medal in the shape of human buttcheeks.
