I got to see her in concert at The Season's in Yakima Wasington back in 2006. She is returning next week Oct. 2008 for another concert. She is incredible...what a voice style. Plus she is very beautiful... Thank you for posting this video. David

I couldn't agree more. She's the best scat singer since Ella and her band is outstanding. Like Kurt Elling, she is a major musician whose instrument happens to be voice, as opposed to a stereotypical singer.

I absolutely LOVE Tierney Sutton! Why is there only one video on YouTube with her singing and she is not even the featured artist on that video?! Amazing. I have all of her CDs. (I think. I may have missed one.) Tierney Sutton should be a household name. (At least households that like jazz.) :)
