Electrocution to enforce compliance, what a dickless little thug
This exactly. Obey, and sign the state's little piece of paper, or be electrocuted. The thug complex is prominent in military/police; they spit on the populace, and think that since they 'serve' they are entitled to respect. I don't give a damn how long you've spent toting a gun for the state, your actions are the only measure of your respectability.
...and you should have turned around when I told you to turn around.

Hey Utah Cops, I hope I have the priviledge to be driving by one night while you're fighting for your life by the side of the road in another situation that YOU INSTIGATED. EX-11BRAVO, ex-Corrections Officer, and concealed firearms permit holder. I SHOULD be the kind of guy who would stop and help you, but not after seeing THAT video. You're on your own.....This trooper needs to be flipping burgers, where the only control he has over a citizen's life is whether to skip the pickle....

WOW. JUST WOW. Refusing to sign a ticket and you get arrested for that?? Tasered when you are no threat to the cop? Electrocution to enforce compliance, what a dickless little thug. What a piece of shit this cop is, hope he gets run over at the side of the road one dark night.

You think all cops do is "serve and protect"?
How about uphold the law? He refused to sign the ticket, and resisted arrest. He didn't betray anyone.

If you refuse to sign a ticket, you are refusing to acknowledge you know your court date. If you don't know your court date, you obviously can't be let free and trusted to come to court. That's why you get ARRESTED for refusing to sign a citation. When you don't cooperate while being arrested, you're resisting arrest. The tazer wasn't his only option, he needed to explain to the man that he was under arrest. The law's the law.

Job well done. The officer has my support. Massey should have followed his instructions. This was the perfect occasion for a first time use of the taser.
The officer did not have to read the Miranda rights at that time, Massey, but I'm certain you know this by now. Forgive him, elder, he did his job and did not commit a sin.

You are a fascist. Police tazering someone to force compliance is criminal in the highest regard. This officer is insane and should be jailed for life for his betrayal of those he is entrusted to protect.

I can see why the officer tasered this guy.The guy would'nt follow his commands. The guy did look like he was reaching for something in his pocket. Its better to be judged by 12 then carried by 6. I think we have a place to question tickets, Gee I thinks it's called "TRAFFIC COURT". |
