i bet it involves action replay. don't even try bud. the base stata are clear and the pokes can only have 415 max hp. anything higher is the product of either glitches or cheating.

the HP bit is complete bullshit. their base stats for HP are 106 and that number gives a maximum of 415 in the RBYGSC games when you have a perfect DV and full stat exp.
