do not get this phone ! its slow glitchy the camera and the speaker suks!I have not dropped mine one single time and the butons fade and dont work and the other butons just show up when im txting! this phone sux ! dont buy it! the speaker for the music is horible and its really hard to text on! the one that i have is the thrid one of this fone and i thot maybe it was that phone that was jaked up but all of the oones that i exchanged for had the same stupid problem. get a sidekick there better.

yeah i have glitchy problems 2 but none that sound like yours. u should take it back cuz that sounds like faulty equipment 2 me.
