Wonderful video! The simplicity is a RESULT of knowing what you're talking about. People who are addicted to a noisy, chattering mind find the concept of living from quiet simplicity foreign, often frightening to even consider - why, whatever would they do without the noise that has kept them company for so long? Great news is that life adjusts in an upward direction for the person whose mind has been trained for focused concentration and awareness. Thanks for posting!

Nice. I have utilized these practices in a very stressful work environment and they really work. Thank you!

mindfulness should mean: listening, really listening, to the customer- not trying to block them out.

Hilarious! I don't think that injecting yourself with an imaginary dose of opium contributes to awareness. You will get pummeled by the Mind Warriors. Wisdom? Huh.

Thats what happened in India after the buddhist revolution india became passive and became prey to all the invaders who plundered and looted the then affluent nation. |
