Gay? No! The "Gay Lisp" is different, it sounds different. Its basically about reducing the air passing in the "s" pronunciation, while this other lisp is more about the tongue's apex making contact with the front teeth; without getting into phonetic terminology. They just know there's something about lisps ang gays and meh, they just spit without thinking.
