Why live an life of uncertainty? an life where you do not know what you are able off and what your mind and body can take. an life where you do not know your weak or strong points and where you do not know how to defend yourself or others in different ways than just throw an soccer punch or kick. true. thats actually common of a lot of martial arts (a lot of them from a ninjutsu/aiki origin). The theory behind this (especially in beginning) is that there is to be a focus on learning the right form, and being a good partner so the other person can learn it before they have to be in a situation where they use it against a lot of resistance.

Those people definitely don't appear to be resisting, and I'll tell you from experience from visiting a Bujinkan school that they really don't like it when you resist and mess up their pretty moves, lol!

the other question to ask is y pay for pain and waking up the next day with some of ur joints out of place which is all martial arts classes r about th otheyll tell othrewise confidence etc
