It doesn't have noise canceling for the earpiece it's the microphone. It's so I can call somebody whenever wherever and no matter what they think i'm calling them from a library or something. Pretty slick really.

Its noise canceling and it works, but we have two ears and the jawbone is only on one so wouldn't you still hear noise from your other ear?

not to protect the product, because I haven't try it yet. but i think it gives that situation because it's LOUD and shows the headset capability.

Why would you have air-con and windows open at the same time? I reckon its an exaggeration.
