I like this video and the other videos of Sifu Cook's, makes me remember why kung fu is a serious art despite the cinematical interference. I favor filipino combat systems but I consider them a more direct, compact and summarized form of what i see in wing chun and other styles such as bak mei and just as Bruce Lee said, every art is just a different side of a diamond, it's their sum total what makes it a unit of great worth.

i first saw Master Jery Cook in a different video of him and didnt think he was that good but after reading about him and other vifoes see that he is a rea master and knows his stuff.
