ok for starters i would have the cone spin clockwise and the center spin counter clockwise, add a dog out side of the cone. I'd prefer a boxer or a pit maybe a jack russel terrier just one that can jump at your magical balls of wisdom. food for thought i am curious how loud is it inside the cone? hey can you do this with ball bearings ? :D
