True we don't want to take it to the plasma state, but just below there is a huge jump in production depending on the cell construction

I've seen a few videos where peeps have used tesla coils to create the high voltage needed for fusion. Makes me wonder where the cut off voltage is between hho gas generation, and hydrogen fusion - Helium.
Figured I would say something, cuz you want hho not oxygen and helium hehe.

Yes I think :) Maybe I didn't explain to well about what I was thinking. The idea of this was to build a hi-frequncy hi-votage variable test supply on the cheep. My test have gone to the hi-voltage systems, there seems to be a big jump in effiency of the cell when it hits the brake over point just befor going to plasma. If we can isolate this band or voltage points the we can expect to see a magnatude or two in the production rate. The hi-voltage systems are being explored for shop and home use.

Curious as to why the system would need to be in AC current if there is even the slightest power lost in the transformation of DC to AC. Is there an increase in the gas generation that supersedes the generative loss that occurs from the transformation?
