i got my q6600 to 3.0GHz just by changing the FSB to 334. It seems stable and it idles at about 40c with fan on just 9000rpm

Well that's not the problem it's my voltage, I can't change it it's gray for some reason :S

make sure you fixed your ram settings like 800 mhz : 800mhz a 1:1 ratio.

Hey Will, i've got my Q6600 running on 300FSB MHz which is 2.7GHz. If I hit 333FSB MHz then i get some errors and then it's restored to default settings. How can i solve this ?

im pretty sure its the same with the latest gigabyte motherboards, 13 hours until it was stable i have another video, thank you, my steam is royalspartan :) cheers
