uhh whites don't have the highest rape rates. blacks do. blacks commit far more crimes than any other race. hispanics commit crimes disproportionate to their numbers as well but not nearly as many as blacks do.
if we allowed the police to profile, many many more criminals would be caught.

but more onto the topic at hand: i think quanell x's intentions are good, but i don't think he's doing alot of good. idk what y'all have in the north, but we had tazers that could shoot a person from seven meters, quanell x protested against those because, "They're tazing black people mostly." now, i'm sorry, i'm not saying that white people are innocent, cuz they have the highest rape rate, but african americans have the highest murder rate, and hispanics have the highest burgulary/gang rate.
