ive gotta disagree with most of you and say that chad's version is alot better. alex has an awesome voice but hes too quiet. after hearing chad's powerful rock voice bash out the lyrics, it just sounds weird hearing a softer voice sing it...

I LOVE this song! And despite loving Nickelback, Chads voice is too nasally for this song. Alex is such a cutie and his voice really brings out the songs own exquisite glory (Sorry Chad, I love your sound too but Im gonna have to go with Alexs' voice on this one as well. :-/)

I think thats what it is. Alex's voice is light and sweet..he sound like a lovesick bard. Chads' voice is heavy and weighted. He is an amazing singer,I LOVE nickelback. But his voice doesn't compliment this particular siong very well.

Chad does it good too. Alex's voice is just more fit for this song. It fits his style. Chad's voice is too low for it.
