Update 1-25-08 I would like to thank everyone that took the time to view this video. I encourage everyone to be open minded with the on going debate in martial arts. Yes, I would love to see a fight between Bruce Lee and any of the top MMA guys but I rather focus on the fact that martial arts have truly evolved over the years so there's really no need for who can beat who or what's better than so and so. Thanks again to all the martial artist and martial art fans out there for the one million + views. Peace. - Victor ----- A short documentary on the One Inch Punch. Interviews with Jeet Kune Do and Wing Chun instructors. Discover more on what Bruce Lee demonstrated years ago. Shot and edited by Victor Tran. Contact me through youtube messages if you have any questions regarding this video.

The guys Bruce beat dont know how many fights Bruce has had or dont care. They also dont care if Bruce Lee filmed himself beating people. All they know is Bruce Lee was the best fighter they had ever seen in their lifetime.

Kom we know your a fedor nuthugger. Dont try and hide it. Bruce fans on the fedor site upsetting you are they?
rowanatkin (October 13, 2008 at 10:12 pm)
Kommisar no wonder we accuse the Bruce haters of being the same person. I remember almost a year back you and kus posting and you wanting not to be seen like the bad boy kus. But youre acting in the same way now. Couldnt keep the good boy act up. People said Bruce couldnt be beat. So thats how they rate him as a fighter. Stop being an imbecile. Stop nuthugging the Gracies.

Do you even understand the fundamental concept of JKD? Using no limitation as limitation. Not to limit yourself to any one form or style. In essence, that itself is a style. People even credit Bruce as one of the pioneers of modern MMA. He only certified three instructors. That and the fact he died in his prime explains why he "abandoned" it.
ohmandamp (October 13, 2008 at 9:18 pm)
You are obviously neglecting the immense dedication and time it takes to produce movies. I can't say exactly why he didn't compete in pro fights to the extent that he wasn't a pro fighter, but he wanted to become one of the best fighters. How he planned on doing that I'm not certain. What serves as better advertising? Real life fights that only a few will ever see or a block-buster movie? Again, you're the one calling them bums. When did he realize that that was impossible.
kommisar (October 13, 2008 at 9:06 pm)
Bruce tried creating a "styless" system but it was indeed a style and he realized this was impossible -- that it was impossible to put a bunch fighting techniques together, slap a name on it and it NOT be a system. Plus, he closed down tons of his schools.
kommisar (October 13, 2008 at 9:05 pm)
Bullshit. Bruce wasn't doing movies 24/7. Look at the release dates for his films. He did like 2 a year. He supposedly was running schools and training. You fucking nuthuggers say he was able to cram in all these various activities in his life, then when pointed out how he didn't fight, you say he was too busy! It wouldn't take very long to participate in a few pro fights and record them. No, begging for foods isn't humbling or self-humiliating. It's DISGRACEFUL. Get a job!
ohmandamp (October 13, 2008 at 8:54 pm)
What are you trying to argue? Of course he's the founder. A good point Kommy neglecting the fact that the other party was too busy directing movies. You're the one calling them bums, not me. LOLZ, can you not read at all? I'm never said begging for food was a persay "noble" act; it's a humbling and self-humiliating act, which is one of the aspects of Buddhism. READ Kommy, READ. I wrote "He didn't have fame until 1973". Where does it say he abandoned it? Another mendacity.
