The car is a heavy slow expensive ugly grip monster hence it went round thruxton well( one long corner)- That bike costs one tenth the price and has way more kilowatt power-Good track choice Clarkson- u fat dimwit! That bikes 10 years old by now by the way!

He won because as he stated at 3.20, the car has 4 big wide tyes and thruxton is really one big corner. You can't stop like a fast car and you can't go round corners like a fast car. You do have breathtaking acceleration, which only the fastest and most expensive cars can get close to. Bikes- They are fast. But they are not as fast in the cold, ice, snow, rain, or on greasy or oily roads( or a twisty racetrack). If you are carrying a pillion the effect on performance is much higher than a car

Other than the Porsche costing more....
Porcshe has anti-lock brakes for additional braking. When he says that an all-wheel drive is slower in the dry is not completely true. With multiple laps it would have more tire wear because of weight and wheel spin. However, on one lap with warm tires the drive would not have to worry about using up the tires too quickly. You can see that he drifts a lot, aided by all-wheel drive. Race driver in a road car is better than on bike. Road bike IS a race bike

The bike is obviously faster if he took bike lines. Plus when he says its an average good car vs the top of the line motorbike, he fails to mention that the difference in price between the moderate to the top of the line is relatively small like 9,000 to 12,000 dollars while cars cost A LOT MORE!!!!

alright... in this vid it's obvious that the bike could kick ass... but didn't you hear the guy say that the porsche was an old model and a 4WD... put that same race with a brand new Porsche GT2 and bye bye goes the bike
