Depends on where you live, it sucks in England, they just go to jail for holiday for a some years and they come back out. China is different, u get death sentence for carrying drugs so id imagine rape would be the same. People here in England keeps talking about chinas no human rights issues but i think its friken good. Shoot the assholes and save money on giving them free food and shelter just for them to come back out to rape again.

I'd dispute the 98% figure. But a lot of women do make poor choices. That never excuses anything though. To have the will to poison someone, for instance, far outweighs a woman's naivety to drink something handed to her by a stranger. For start, where do you get the poison from? Why associate with those kinds?
