Actually, i believe Russia's currently the most powerful country in the world, now that they have money again, Israel would be the most powerful if they where bigger and had a large population, and I'm American. Its common knowledge that the us army would pick cheaper over efficacy, they did it in ww2, they'll do it today.

first of all medical marijuana has nothing to do with the justice department and until september 11th everyones airports in the world had the same security and medical marijuana has nothing to do with the trade towers going down

I think it's shameful the justice department would waste money going after medical marijuana while the rest of the world is falling apart. If they had been doing what we pay them to do then maybe we'd still have a World Trade Centre.

This is the most bias piece of shit report ive ever heard-
DS melted in avg vehicle heat in iraq, leaving the upper torso exposed.
DS doesnt work if it is dropped on the ground
DS is significantly heavier than the interceptor plates
DS has shown to be very delicate, falling apart after normal use (testimony from contractors)
It pretty much does not work unless it is fresh off the line and fired at in an air-conditioned gun range. IT FAILED ARMY TESTS..
