This needs to end because you haven't bothered your arse to read what i said about broken window theory (not mine but published)- graffiti and low level crime (real crimes such as mugging, drug dealing, vandalism) ARE linked by dragging down the areas it occurs in - reduce graffiti and neighbourhoods have reduced low level crime. How can the permanent DAMAGE (using paint) of private and public property NOT be vandalism? - it's not your train, wall or shop front unless you have permission.

Graffiti is a big element of hip hop and hip hop = a culture.Graff itself has deleloped into a worldwide phenomenom. In YOUR eyes graffiti is vandalism, but who are you? Seriously man, you should start posting your bullshit on gangbanging videos (real crimes) and not graffiti art ones.Gangs make the world a bad place, and your going on about a petty thing such as graffiti. -_-

weather you like it or not, this is art to many people. Who defines art? Art could be anything. Graffiti makes cities amazing. Look at Berlin. But it can also be ugly look at american graffiti.
