you need minimum of 350Watt to run x1300.
Lowering would just make your cards performance suck.

ok i have a question i only have a 135watt psu and was wondering how do i turn down my power usage? i also have a normal pci x1300 and was just wondering would i get a better performance? if i turned down the power usage on my card would it use more power if i tried to overclock?

i have been trying different over clock settings but i cant get rivatuner to work, i cannot control fan settings because there is no option for it and the over clocking sucks because i don't have ANY of the settings needed to do good over clocking i use v.2.09
