No shit. That's why we should all be riding bikes for personal transport and have main arteries for transportation of goods only. Light rail for intermediate distances and passenger rail for long distance.

Do u not think it better people drove smaller cars on road since you dont need 4 wheel drive and high ground clearance on normal roads. Way better for fuel economy and environmental issues too.
