The 4:08 version is on In Visible Silence ca. 1986 on vinyl. Luckily I still have it. There are two versions available on cassette that also contains Maxx Headroom. (live and a version similar to this but a little shorter). Don't hold your breath for re-release any time soon.

It is only on vinal. Part one of the song is off the album. The whole song is on a 12" single.
