How exactly would this concept not be effective? Destroying enemy missile/planes/tanks/and eventually infantry at the speed of light.

Notice that the weapon it Tactical and not Stratigic. Other weapon platforms are being developed in those areas.

your school system cant have much higher standarts. in russia if you finished the school, you have learnt - russian and world literature, math(algebga+geometry), physics, chemistry, geography, one of foreign languages, world and russian history, art, phisycal culture, civil defence, etc. because you have knowledge about russia from movies with starring Silvester and Arnold S., I forgive you :0)

Oh boy! You got me there Mr. Brilliance. I guess you forgot we also landed on the moon many years before russia. What about American education? Out school system has higher standards than Russia. But I guess you forgot that as well, considering you don't even know what correct puncuation is when typing. Nice. ;)

This stuff is pretty useless, i take it that it can bring down a SCUD at best but no way it can do anything against an ICBM or a decent cruise missile.

What propagander nonsense. In the real world it wont work. But if you know what and and when something is been fired then maybe for the purpose of trying to scare other nations you have more sophisticated weapons.

ok, i am not to strong in physics. does it make a steam from snow and rain? i think it can weaken a laser beam.
