lame. Most non-technical people couldn't find an IDE connector with a treasure map, but a disconnected IDE cable is supposed to be a realistic every-day pc problem? How about a bad cap or memory?

oh please, EVERY pc store will charge what they can becuase its the business they need to bring in the money.
the sad thing is that when they feel or get any sense that the owner is "thick" about systems they will say anything, just like a mechanic would and charge the world

just have your laptop repaired at a local pc repair shop ...why are you asking question here ...i don't get it ...or have geekteks come out ...don't they do laptop repair on-site? ...in fact, isn't that the purpose of this whole video ...geekteks is advertiseing their laptop repair services

I just called Geek Teks and I was pleasantly suprised to find out that they have price caps on all of their services. So whether you have remote computer repair, laptop/notebook computer repair, or desktop computer repair on-site, you will never pay more than a certain amount. This is kewl! I never heard of this before with any computer repair company. Viruses and Spyware removal alone can sometimes take up to 3-4 hours! |
