Check out rqrileyDOTcom 4 recumbant bicycle plans, or car plans, one hybrid has 125/225 mpg) The recumbant bike is called "Ground Hugger" and there are short vid clips of it and other plans/projects. These use typically all or a combo of a few of materials: wood,fiberglass,carbon fiber,steel. Oh and foam..Fiberglass or a bit of carbon fiber over foam and glass is way to go. I have plans for the Trimuter (80s tech still sold for $100) EV which were given to me,and I am willing to give 2 anyone..

Should've bolted the motor directly to the stock tranny. If it was to big than you could've gotten a smaller one (longer range) and have all your gears to compinsate for less power.

Hey, that's cool. No worries. Just install a simple solar array and battery storage and get all the energy you can manage without ever touching the grid. And no emission to boot. But why are you yelling this at me. I'm trying to help fix the problem. Go yell it on Exxon's page.
