honestly, 3 times within the past few months I've had nothing but bad customer support from apple. My ipod was 3 weeks late, they said they'd book it for overnight, it said "overnight". sure enough, the next day it didnt arrive so i looked on the site and they somehow took off the overnight shipping.

when i went to dell site they have such thing as chat with a professional, u click u talk, on apple site there wasnt such thing, it said call this number thingy. i called, i was on the phone for 15 min. didnt gey nothing. soo... WTF R U TALKING ABOUT???!!!

If i had the money to buy a mac (I CANT WAIT), YOU DAMN RIGHT I WOULD JOIN THE MAC FAMILY!!! But for now, my acer aspire 5610Z (my first computer, so be gentle) runs ubuntu, AND IT RUNS CIRCLES AROUND VISTA LEAPS AND BOUNDS!!!

Actually I recently installed XP on 4 machines and got the BSOD 3 times just after install. I also bought a new creative sound card, and got the BSOD several random times. I have never had such major issues with my Mac.

How often does anyone encounter a blue screen of death since Windows 98/ME? If I see a blue screen with XP, it's due to my own screw up. I have no comment on Vista yet. I'll upgrade only if necessary.
