Granted, I believe large salutes should be illegal. They are one of the very few fireworks that are dangerous no matter how you handle them. But this is one obvious example of what the CPSC is doing currently to consumer fireworks that should be and always have been legal. Go online and mail your representatives. Make sure that on a future 4th of July all you're legally able to light is a candle.

Watermelon with m-1000...If there were no other evidence in this video that the CPSC doesn't have a clue what they're talking about that was it. You would think that the very organization regulating fireworks in this country would know that M-80 is just a military call name just like M-16. Throwing 1000 after the M means absolutely nothing. It is simply one of many scare tactics used to make things seem larger and more dangerous.

cpsc i think you all need to sit back and watch this video. Do you really think this video teaches anyone anything? If some one is stupid enough to hold a sparkler to some one and the other person is stupid enough to not move to the point that there on fire then they bolth deserve to die because once there behind the wheel driving then we have a big problem. Stupid anti firework fagots get a life, or go blow up a car with C4 and say it was roman candles. CPSC is the aids virus of fireworks.

the fisrt thing who would stand there if they were on fire you fkin idiots dam,and if you make an m-80 you know better than to hold the fkin thing usually put a big fuse on it and put it into a bucket or a hole, wat kind of a dumass put their head over a 5in live shell CPSC must not think, i realized at 1:50 you are "testing" by people,people who do this usually go in the middle of nowhere not by other people, btw out of all the m-80 made ive never got hurt cuz im not rectarded like the SPCS

the cpsc can go suck a dick and afterwards go off them selfs because there going to ruin one of Americas oldest holidays independents day(the fourth of july) which has been celebrated with fireworks since july fourth 1777... plus anybody with a brain would know not to look down the mortar with a live firework in it... i have played with fireworks my entire life and never had a mishap like any of the ones shown here do you want to know why?its because im not an idiot,they showd watidiots would do
