Well you need to have Japanese Input installed and inplugged that's mean you need a Japanese Keyboard to work.

I'm learning Japanese, and can even type in Japanese on my keyboard, because I set my language options up for it, but how do I get my Install shield to read Japanese? I've tried getting Master of Epic, but the gray installation box cant read Japanese and just spits out random characters, and it cant read the data to install it. a little help?
