The atari jaguar's doom was "awesome", remember the PC versions music...guess what, the Jaguar version had no music at all, what a "great" game. Best doom my ass!

Wow, those games look more 16-bit than 64 bit. What a rip.

From the Cybermorph commercial, I really could have been spared Ben's barf in my face. That's just gross. (The ad was later changed to a barf bag, IIRC)

Now for those saying that most of the games looked like 16 bit versions. That's because they WERE 16 bit versions. Most developers took a look at the complex and incomplete programming documentation and said "screw it" and programmed instead for the 16/32bit MC68000 processor that is in it. The very same processor that is inside the Atari ST, Amiga and Genesis / Megadrive.

"Doom for the 64-bit Jaguar. The best Doom ever." Uh, no. If you owned the PC version, and most people who bought Doom likely bought that version, then you had the best possible version of Doom avaiable at the time. Let's face it: most of the console versions were inferior ports of the PC version. The PlayStation port is the only one that could rival the PC version. The exception is the Nintendo64 version as that one was uniquely developed for that machine from the ground up.
