Spanking is not bad. Not every single person that was spanked has behavior problems -- it's the sad few that decide to act out. Just because a few spanked brats turn into murders and losers, doesn't make it bad for everyone. What research are you talking about? Sure there have been test done, but every one is different. Scientist cant predict how every person will act/grow in situations - they just guess/hypothesis

All of the spanking and hitting didn't seem to work, did it? Nellie is still misbehaving. Nellie's mom is a narcissist, who cares more about her standing then Nellie's wellbeing. If Nellie is cheating, it might be because getting anything less than an A is unacceptable in her family. Her family is messed up, thus, Nellie has behavior problems.
