I'm writting a paper on Maslow's hierarchy but desperatly need Wahba and Bridgewells 1976paper evaluating and criticising Maslow's theory. Does anyone know where i can get this from as i havn't got access to the journals and would be most grateful for any help!

He is just stating how people progress not how to progress without having to put any effort in at all which is what you probably want to do. There are thousands of things to apply to each level.........
