What does killing criminals and taking there organs have to do with fake fireworks or singers. They just want to keep the ugly people and things out of site and bring out something else and tell the ugly things they should be honered for being used. As for waiting in death row thing, thats more of a mental thing so the criminal has time to think of what he did and regret or whatever.
