According to the book it'll have Bilbo, Gandalf (and 12 dwarves, including Gimli's father), Elrond, Gollum and at one point Legolas' father.

Yes they are making two more. Guillermo Del Toro and Peter Jackson are working on two movies based on Tolkien's "The Hobbit". Bilbo Baggins, Gollum, Gandalf, Saruman, and perhaps even Galadriel and Elrond will feature in the story. The first movie comes out in 2011.
