actully the reason why he isnt in rest of video is cause he had a flight to catch his granmotherwas taken ill....but yea suggs appears at the end as does Mike appears at the start of it but Mikes last single he was in was one better day which was his video with the band

It's true. There were two programmes. There was an earlier, better, and much longer one on BBC1 in the mid 80s (around six hours!), which had a long sequence with Madness.
Another group I like, Abba, was ignored in both programmes, yet they were among pioneers in the 70s, and were doing promo films before Bohemian Rhapsody.

Is that right? About that programme on ch 4, I mean...I'm glad I didn't see that one. I would probably have been shouting at the telly! Madness were one of THE creative, experimental bands who realised the potential of the promotional video. Most bands were still doing "Here we are miming to our new single" vids - or else, "Here we are sunning ourselves on a beach with some tasty birds knocking about...oh yeah and by the way, here's our new single." Ridiculous that they didn't get a mention.

FACT - this saying came about from Peter Sellers pretending to be Michael Caine as a joke FACT, but not a lot people know that!
