Pearl Jam did a fantastic job with this song, DIDN'T ANY OF YOU WATCH THE ROCK HONORS?! God, tons of bands have covered other artists that they idolize, some have done a better job of it than others. Live with the fact that Pearl Jam covered this song, and did it well.

Haven't you ever heard of an homage you little twit? If you havent noticed, Pearl Jam has been writing orginal music for over a decade now. Eddie Vedder is not shy about the fact that he idolizes The Who, and wanted to show the ultimate respect by covering one of The Who's songs, and they performed it for THE VH1 ROCK HONORS: THE WHO! They did it for that, the soundtrack of a movie at the same time, and a few live performances. Grow up

why doesn't pearl jam grow some balls and right their own music rather than taking a great song from one of the greatest bands on earth!
