This is an amzing song i love it so much, i also am an ER fan n i love the episode it appears in. They played perfectly with carol having to work with a terminal patient who passes away, and the mourning husband believes that there are soulmates and carol realizes doug is hers, and also the scene where mark gives rachel the pearls and showing her where her granpa's favorite spot in chicago was. this was an episode that will be a classic as the show comes to a close this season. ER will be missed

Yep! I think that episode cemented it into my grey matter for forever. I can't listen this without thinking of the entire scene when Carol realizes that she needs to drop everything, get rid of Luka and fly up to see him. Then you see him working on the boat on the lake. It was the most fitting song for that scene.

wow finally someone who remembers that this song went to that show that was my favorite show before they both left that show greys anatomy reminds me alot of that show and yes its brings you back to whats important been my favorite song and its been out so long he knows how to sing a song the song love remains the same with gavin rossdale is second to this song listen to it sometime when you get a chance

This song never fails to bring me back to my senses when I'm caught up in the day to day at the ER that work in. Yes, I'm an ER doc and since this was played on the episode of ER when Carol goes to back to Clooney's charchter it never ceases to amaze me that family and friends and my love is more important than what I earn or what I have in this life. Funny though, I grew up with George Clooney and I'm the real doc and he just played one on ER. This song is brilliant.

My mom and I are trying to convince my causins fiance to surprise her with this song as like a nother first dance song. While the song would be playing the bridal party wold circle them while walking around with candles. Anyone think this would be a good song or idea? Please let me know.

With regards to the comment made by pokadots about her being the girl in the video is BS. That "Little Girl" in the video happens to be Don's daughter Annabelle, so unless pokadots is Annabelle Henley.......shes not the girl in the video
