Ya it did give me chills...defying gravity is great..we didnt see it yet but ive heard some of the songs from the show.

This song is fun to sing since Elphaba seems to be more surprised at the opportunity as m- uch as she wants it. Even though I never did drama, I used to daydream a lot about the wh- ole process to these shows no matter where I was when I'd sing I'd picture the room being gone and everything looking like the set to the song.

yeah, I figured that out pretty quick but it does give you the chills. It would be aweso- me to play Elphaba. My cat was giving me we- ird looks when I was singing No Good Deed,wh- hen I sang Glindas part in the beginning of Defying Gravity like 'I hope you're happy now' he looked at me like 'meow...?' lol I was like No, not you! I actually have no problem holdi- ng out the really long notes.

It took me a while to realize that the prophercy elphi had was a celebration of her death...and that when ppl see her they'll scream" thats out of fear.

Willemijn Verkaik rules. She is absolutely an Elphaba worth talking about. BUT!!!! SJB (Stephanie J. Block) is the best Elphaba out there.

she's good! really really good! -like every elphaba ;-) but i still prefer willemijn verkaik (our german elphie) - her voice sounds better to me. but maybe it's because i'm german and not so familiar with the american accent. but still great great job idina! :-)

This has to be the best recording job. you can actually see her facial expressions instead of just lights. I love this song.
