A cheap and easy modification to the Xbox360's directional pad(d-pad) Just so people know, the controller is a regular 360 controller, but the webcame footage is Mirrored, so at times it will appear the controller is left handed/reveresed , when its not actually the case.

Just did this mod, it does work great, but I still find the d-pad has a bit too much play to it. Still it is 100 times better than it was before I sanded it. Very good vid, thank you for making and posting it.

yes you can. its really hard but i did it. I can put up a video. you have to bend that little part in the middle, preferably with a flathead and then use it to remove the screw
