Here is a longtime favorite of mine, even though I wasn't so much into the folk music scene in its early 60s heyday. It's very gratifying to see him still getting around, mixing it up, and still offering thoughtful, insightful, new-and-at-the-same-time-old ideas.

Gordon Lightfoot has always been my favorite, great voice and quite stimulating. But man why would he wanna live in Canada for?? Its too cold and i'm sure the cold weather really got to him bad

Gordon is a fantastic minstrel and balladeer. I think he is the heart and soul of Canada (from an American).

I AGREE. Just saw him perform, for the 2nd time in 3 months....it's like sitting in the presence of a GOD. If I hadn't wanted to hear the lyrics so bad, I would have screamed the whole time!
