notice the picture that passes is of derren. The map also provides a distraction and they can easily get confused and think the person before was just the picture

Look at what he's wearing for the last switch. Derren is dressed entirely in black. The only white parts are his face and hands (which are holding the map). So it's not inconceivable. The black guy also has the same pitch of voice as Derren. It's only obvious when you know what to look for.

How do you explain the last one with the black man? You have to notice the colour on his arms when he holds the map up.
