I was in a city in South Carolina. While driving by, I saw two police cars and a few cops questioning a guy who had just fallen off his moped. He wasn't even hurt or anything--still standing, a little dazed.
Further down the road, three other cop cars, with sirens, were going towards that sight. Cops aren't disciplined at all. They're bored asses who cannot wait to use their gun or tazer.
