Hepburn were a short-lived all girl band from the mid 1990's. They released 4 singles and one album (as far as I know)... and of the 4 singles, I Quit was released twice! (I should know... I have both versions of the single *blushes*) Until recently I hadn't seen the original video of this song (it can be found as a video response on this page). When 'I Quit' was re-issued, a new video was made to promote it. When Buffy The Vampire Slayer had started being showed here in the UK, we (the UK) were a good few series behind the US, which is why the scenes in the video are from later series! Has anyone got any videos from Hepburn's other singles (Bugs and Deep Deep Down)?

I was like...8 (?) when I heard this on buffy. I kept listening to it over and over and bought the album. I still listen to them now actually. Thank goodness for buffy eh?

Your totally wrong slotho1201, the only problem was that the poprockmusicscene was not ready for Hepburn when they released this song and i know it was massive hit and everyone loved it but the lyrics are sensible: 'if you'd like to say your sorry, you're just like any other lover, shot me down and run for cover' is so pertinent to the music scene of 1999, and i think hepburn as london-irish deserve more respect!!

I love buffy and the lyrics are great... but I understand why they didn't make it. Its too fluffy. They are just singing it... no emotion, no dynamics... its boringly sung. They have good voices, if they had been properly taught to emote then they would have had an AMAZING carreer.

love how they worked themselves into the scene so well and that they help buffy slay the vamp :D

They were out in the late 90's in the UK, they never got the popularity that they deserved!

If I'm not mistaken it's on the first buffy soundtrack.
