my guess is the burgh was singing at a benefit gig for the families of the hundreds who frazzled in the electric chairs in america on this specific night, chris has a way of speaking directly to his fans to instigate his murderous regimes,(the song here being about when he stabbed his wife to death and danced with the corpse)
