Great song...Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis really can do some magical things. the vocal arrangement and the beat really made this Robt Palmer's best album. Same thing could be said for Human League's album the Jam & Lewis produced.

What really makes Robert 'HOT' to ME? Well, it's the 'subtle' things he does in his videos...Ladies: notice how he holds the microphone pole..how he 'slowly' caresses it up and down...Whew!(Simply Irresistable!) :)

Robert Palmer was so slick, and this is a HOT song...the best he ever did IMO. And the video is cool, too.
Women...was Robert Palmer really that hot? I'm not asking because I'm dissing him or the women who like him so much. I'm asking because I'm a straight guy and I wouldn't know, and I'm mildly surprised that so many women were so in love with him. |
