They're so not as difficult as she says. It doesn't take that long to prepare their food, you don't HAVE to feed insects-I prefer to stick with fruits, veggies, and cooked glider recipes, and of course they poop and pee and need attention. I've never met any living object that didn't. I think they're really easy to take care of compared to other pets, and I've had my share of rodents, birds, cats, dogs, fish, and livestock. The only thing easier than a glider is a goldfish, and that's no fun.

Right, I understand what you're saying. However, I have had hampsters before and frankly in my opinion, I think my sugar glider is a lot easier to deal with than my past hamsters. If mine barks, then I don't hear it. Like I said, the only thing I hear is him running around his cage. True a beagle would be more annoying, lol. But just like any other pet it does require work just like a cat or dog...of course, not as much work. Anyway, thanks for the opinion and comment.

some people don't know they will pee on you, and yes they are all different but they all make a mess! I love my gliders but people need to know that these animals require more care than a hamster. They all bark, but some dont bark every night, some bark 3-4 times a night for 5 min. Some people can sleep through the barking, its not as loud as your neighbors beagle at 4 am barking at the fence, but if your a light sleeper... it will wake you up.

Maybe its just that sugar glider. Mine doesn't pee nearly as much as that. Naturally, if you play with him as soon as he wakes upn then of course he will pee. Its like humans, most of us pee when we wake up.
The only noises I hear at night are his feet climbing his cage. It takes 3-5 minutes to feed him the proper diet too. Cleaning is soooo easy too. They really aren't that difficult it just depends on the glider I guess. They're all different.

the bark is not that loud and the pee isnt as bad as it sounds, the food prep isnt at all difficult i do have sugar glider canned food for mine plus i feed them some fresh fruit and a little bit of baby food it really isnt that difficult

Does it make you feel better to personally attack people or is it to make up for the small penis size you have so you feel a bigger man? And yes,I guess technically, I do own them since I live in Australia.
firretrrucck980 (September 4, 2008 at 6:56 pm)
are you a dumbass? do you own them? they dont get smuggled from australia. yeah they did at first. theres breeders everywhere in the us. just about every state has multiple breeders that actually sell you suggies so people dont really have a need to smuggle them.....do some research before you make a fool of yourself on the internet trying to sound smart. |
