I don't know if someone already gave you a summary, but here you are just in case. O_o
It's basically about these 7 dolls whose fate is to battle each other to the death in something called the Alice Game. Whoever wins and collects all 7 Rosa Mysticas (the thing that allows them to move and talk) becomes Alice, the perfect girl, and gets to meet their father who created them. The show starts out with the 5th doll, Shinku, the red one in the picture, being awakened.
