Hauntingly beautiful! This is my fav song of Dan's..Oh how the world is silent without him! Lucky Heaven!..I told Dan once many moons ago, at a concert, that this song was for me. After explaining, He said, Well, I guess it was written for you..with a big Dan Smile..What a treat that was, even if it wasn't entirely true he had written it for me, at least he let me think that...lol..

I love what you have done! The song is so beautifully written by the talented Dan Fogelberg. I love the way he wrote! The 30+ yrs later, I still don't quite understand the song, but who cares! He wrote the best melodies and of course his way of using metaphors. You've gotta love Dan Fogelberg and his unique songwriting!
