Just because you're too ignorant to understand my point, doesn't mean I'm trying to sound smart. In fact, my point is actually quite simple ironically..

I wouldn't say that so much. NT was first released in '91. Early Windows systems ran on DOS which hasn't been used since Windows ME (which we all know failed).
Mac OS X runs on a hybrid kernel (as does Windows), not a pure microkernel. Mac OS's HFS+ was introduced in the 90s as well (1998 vs 1993) so what is your point XD?
Leopard specifically received quite a bit of criticism regarding its firewall and its security flaws (while Apple ironically criticizes that of Vista for paranoia).

Macs are more secure and stable, because they're built off of Unix (microkernel..etc). Windows is built off of the same unstable, insecure foundation since early windows. Windows was not built with security or stability in mind (came out before the web got big). Microsoft is trying to keep windows on life support by continually messing with it. I mean, its file system NTFS is from the 90s for crying out loud.
Mac OS X on the other hand was built with security and stability in mind.
